A387 Grade 5 steel products – high quality chromium-molybdenum alloy steel plate, intended primarily for welded boiler and pressure vessels boilers due to it's excellent heat resistant and anti corrosion properties. This kind of steel plate widely used in Pressure Vessel,Boiler,Storage Tanks etc.We can supply plates from our own stockholding or directly from the mill and all plates come with mill test certification and individual stampings.

We can offer A387 Grade 5 to Class 2 as these have improved physical properties over class 1 plates.our ex-stock A387 GRADE 5 PLATES dimension as below:

Width: 1500mm to 4050mm,

Length: 3000mm to 15000mm

ASTM A387 Grade 5 for pressure vessels Plates shall be thermally treated either by annealing, normalizing- and -tempering, Minimum tempering temp 1300°F .our A387 Grade 5 Class 2 are certified in conformance to En 10204 Type 3.1 Certificate as well as 3.2 with third party inspection. Products with Nace Mr0175 compliance are also offered.
