We are a manufacturer of stainless steel ASTM 316 , ASTM 316 stainless steel to provide cash resources and ASTM 316 stainless steel profiles, performance and so on.
Now two most commonly used stainless steel 304,316 ( or the corresponding German / European standard 1.4308,1.4408 ), 316 and 304 in the chemical composition with the main difference is the 316 Mo, and is generally accepted , better corrosion resistance of 316 , more than 304 more resistant to corrosion under high temperature environment . Therefore, in a high temperature environment , engineers usually use 316, the material components. But no matter the so-called absolute , in concentrated sulfuric acid environment, then do not use high temperature 316.

ASTM 316 stainless steel chemical composition : C ≤ 0.08, Si ≤ 1.00, Mn ≤ 2.00, P ≤ 0.035, S ≤ 0.03, Ni :10.0-14 .0, Cr :16.0-18 .5, Mo :2.0-3 .0. ASTM 316 stainless steel mechanical properties , tensile strength (Mpa) 620 MIN, yield strength (Mpa) 310 MIN, elongation (%) 30 MIN, area reduction (%) 40 MIN, ASTM 316 stainless steel density of 8.03 g/cm3, austenitic stainless steel generally use this value.
